When we receive a Teddy
When we adopt we ask for the history of each plushie and additional information that can be passed to the adopter. Any without history are interviewed by Eric. (Because of his worldly knowledge he says)

Spa
Each plushie receives a clean, wash and steam dependent on the fur. They then have a history written up ready for the next exciting stage. Finally a photo session for each plushie, which generally involves Eric posing and trying to get his picture taken too.
Adoption shop
Here new potential adopters can look at pictures and histories of each potential friend, including any particular needs or character traits.
Eric would like to add that he is not for adoption because the others would be jealous. (As stated by Eric)
